Getting to know the other attendees was part of the day 1 afternoon activities and carried on during dinner at the „Hansemuseum“. On day two, Stephan Rehm, who is also an advisory board member of BSR electric, lead through modern conferencing formats and tools. The interactive part included a fishbowl session on challenges in preparing events as well as group work on discussing event examples and possible tools to be used.
The seminar provided a great opportunity to meet and engage with other topic or regionally related projects and exchange experiences about project events. In addition, the Communications Team of the Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat of Interreg was present, who did a good job in carrying out this event!
Also, they informed us about the next larger event they are preparing, which provides a great opportunity to present our BSR project and findings: The Programme Conference 09-10 April 2019 in Lübeck.
